How toregister
Provisional Registration holds your institution’s place. Final Registration enters your team. Here is how the two fit together.
Provisional Registration
Your institution tells us it intends to take part.
Enviro Pass
A number that holds your institution’s place and remembers its details.
Final Registration
Your team, the payment and the documents. Quote the Pass if you have one.
Team Code
Your team’s only name from here on, with an EnviroPort key.
A sample. The real number arrives by e-mail the moment you submit.
Explained
What is an Enviro Pass?
An Enviro Pass is the reference number your institution receives the moment it completes Provisional Registration. It is not a team registration, and it is not a payment.
- It holds your place. Only one team may enter from an institution, and the Pass marks yours as taking part.
- It remembers your details. The institution, its head, the faculty coordinator and the student representatives are stored against it.
- It saves you a form. At Final Registration the team only checks by the college’s name, and those details fill themselves in. Nobody needs to know the number.
- It costs nothing, and needs no approval. It is issued as soon as you submit.
- It is optional. A team may skip it and go straight to Final Registration.
Step one, optional
What Provisional Registration asks
Usually filled by the moot court society or the faculty coordinator, on behalf of the institution. Nothing about the team yet.
